Our most popular upgrade for EXC, Gas Gas and Husky Xplor fork models. This is the same set up we provide Chris Birch with for his 300 EXC. The Xplor fork kit replaces the missing mid valve piston which makes the fork soft and uncontrolled. And adds compression and rebound adjusters to where the should be! Makes both forks identical and transforms these forks into something truly awesome.
The WP shock gets the MotoSR custom revalve treatment and fitted with a bladder conversion kit to give a plusher more consistent shock. All this gives improved traction, feeling and ride-ability to truly enjoy riding your dirt bike.

The KYB cartridge kits are supplied from Technical Touch in Europe with a custom setting and spring rate for you. Allow 2-4 weeks, it’s worth the wait.

The KYB factory kit spring fork with air-oil separated closed cartridge design is well known in the mx-world for it’s precise damping setup, customized by our experienced mx specialists. With all anodized internal parts and dlc-coated inner tubes, internal friction is reduced to the minimum.
By adding a mid-speed valve, the KYB factory kit spring fork can be adjusted over a much broader range. One of the extra features of the factory kit spring fork is a custom spring collar which supports the end of the stroke for a softer landing.
KYB factory kit suspension matches perfectly with Xtrig Triple clamps and PHDS handlebar clamps. Some models require Xtrig TC to fit Factory Kit Forks

X TRIG PRELOAD ADJUSTER
The Factory KYB shock can come with a X Trig preload adjuster that makes changing the riders sag super easy with a turn of a 8mm socket.
Additional adjustment of high speed rebound Increased traction and acceleration. With the possibility to adjust the high speed, your experience a different feeling caused by a better oil flow. Unlike our standard RCU, where the spring is responsible for the high speed. These triple adjusters are normally used on a professional level, since these are nearly the same build up as the ones in your KYB Factory Rear Shock Unit. The triple adjuster works nearly the same as your standard one, the only difference is the fact of having 3 clickers for adjusting your compression and rebound and as mentioned before you will experience a better feeling on the bike.
